This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and My Cities ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the My Cities mobile application ("My Cities" or "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, My Cities grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Privacy and Data Handling

The User acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in My Cities' Privacy Policy, dated 9 Nov 2023. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and handling of user data, emphasizing the non-collection of sensitive data, the purpose of camera access for enriching user posts, and the commitment to minimal permissions. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Agreement and can be found at here

3. Restrictions on Use

The User shall not:

a. Modify, adapt, or hack the App or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks.

b. Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the App, or create derivative works based on the App.

c. Use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement.

d. Create objectionable or somehow abusive, offensive or embarrassing content

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all related trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the App are the property of My Cities and are protected by intellectual property laws. The User does not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by the User or My Cities. The User may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing the use of the App. My Cities may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the User breaches any terms herein.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. My Cities does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Cities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil

10. Changes to Agreement

My Cities may update this Agreement at its discretion. Users will be notified of any changes by posting the updated Agreement within the App. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By using the App, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
